Mobile gaming and apps publisher Voodoo has acquired BeReal in a deal worth €500 million. They aim to leverage their 10+ years of experience to elevate the authentic social network to new heights.

($GLMR) Moonbeam has launched a $13 million innovation fund focused on web3 gaming. N3MUS are the first recipients of this fund and are now focusing on their integration with Moonbeam.

($PIXEL) Pixelverse has announced raising $5.5 million in their latest fundraising round. They saw investments from Delphi Digital, Sandbox CEO Sebastian Borget, and Luca Netz, among others.

($RON) Ronin Network has partnered with Polygon to launch a zkEVM Layer 2 solution to enhance gaming scalability. This integration aims to support a vast gaming community on Ronin, potentially handling hundreds of millions of transactions daily.

Animoca Brands' hyper casual gaming ecosystem, Gamee, continues to expand its 2.5 million daily active users. The platform boasts 2,674 NFTs with a total value exceeding $4.8 million.

($BNB) Binance Labs has invested in the Ethereum Layer 2 Network, Zircuit. Zircuit currently hosts $3.5 billion in staked assets and has over 1,100 "Build to Earn" applications.

Robinhood has announced an agreement to acquire the cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp. This move aims to expand their global crypto reach and institutional involvement.

FTX has sold its remaining 15 million shares in the artificial intelligence startup Anthropic. The shares were sold at $30 each, netting more than $450 million.

($SFP) SafePal, a hardware wallet provider, has announced its integration with JupiterExchange. This integration allows SafePal users to access JupiterExchange within the SafePal swap and Dapp marketplace.

($MATIC) Polygon has announced the launch of its Community Grants Program. The program will distribute 1 billion MATIC over the next 10 years, with 35 million MATIC allocated in the first season.
